By supplying the producers of coordinate measuring machines with our probe systems, we enhance the functionality and specifications of their products. We see our customers and suppliers as our partners. Together we work on improvements on products for both sides. Within our company team play is an important factor as well. To commercialize our products successfully, we work in small project teams consisting of members with a diverse (educational) background.

The open innovation concept as promoted by Chesbrough is woven through our whole company. We think it is important to share knowledge if it is not within our own core business. Therefore, we share ideas for new products or improvements of consisting products with our partners. Besides, we grant employees time for research on topics of their own interest.
