STW Valorisation Grant 2007 awarded

Xpress Precision Engineering and the Eindhoven University of Technology have obtained a STW Valorisation Grant of 200k euro. STW is a Dutch Technology Foundation which stimulates and finances technological research and the application of it.

The Valorisation Grant is especially initiated to further develop breakthrough research to commercial feasible products. A panel of investors and scientists judged several applications on scientific and financial impact, the entrepreneurial team and the planning for a successful the market introduction.

Again, a proficient jury recognized the importance of accurate 3D measurements on small objects. Xpress will keep conducting research in this field and introducing state of the art 3D tactile probes on the market.
