The Gannen XM is a 3D tactile scanning probe especially designed for MEMS measurements. Lower stiffness, lower replacement costs and smaller tips make the Gannen XM ideal for MEMS measurements.
The Gannen XM will be the next step in measuring MEMS. It can be expected in the fourth quarter of 2007.
