GANNEN-XP tested on NanoCMM by Van Seggelen

The GANNEN-XP sensor is tested on the NanoCMM by Van Seggelen. The NanoCMM is a 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine with a volumetric expanded uncertainty of 25 nm (k=2) in a measuring volume of 50 x 50 x 4 mm. After a series of tests the GANNEN probe is selected by Van Seggelen for use on its NanoCMM.
