Presentation at IMEKO 2004.Valkenswaard, 30-11-2004. Edwin Bos, Director of Research & Development of XPRESS Precision Engineering, has given a presentation at the IMEKO conference 2004 on dimensional metrology. In the presentation and paper a brief overview is provided of several measurement tasks and challenges related to dimensional metrology on micro component. Then an overview is given of different coordinate measuring machines and probes, suitable for the measurement of these component. The paper is available for download at the media section.
